Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our audits are services performed at your home or remotely. This policy works alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before the scheduled visit: full refund of prepaid fees or free reschedule.
- 24–48 hours before: up to 50% of the service fee may be retained to cover preparation and lost booking time.
- Less than 24 hours or no-show: full fee may be charged unless exceptional circumstances apply (we assess fairly).
Cancellation by us
If we cancel (illness, unsafe conditions, or unforeseen events), you may choose a new date or a full refund of amounts paid for the affected service.
After the service is delivered
Once an on-site audit or remote review is completed and your report is delivered, refunds are generally not available because the service has been supplied. If you believe the service was not provided with due care and skill, contact us within 14 days with details—we will review under the ACL.
Report corrections
Factual errors in your report will be corrected at no charge.
How to request a refund
Email mailuse@liveliveearth.world with your name, booking date, and reason. We aim to process approved refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in this policy limits remedies available when a consumer guarantee under the ACL has not been met.
